Founded in 2012 by Vikas Bahl, Anurag Kashyap, Vikramaditya  Motwane and Madhu Mantena, Phantom Films is committed to creating clutter-breaking films that entertain and enlighten the audiences across the globe.

In 2016, Reliance forged a joint venture with Neeraj Pandey by the name of Plan C Studios. Plan C Studios launched its first production, Rustom.

Talenthouse, a joint venture between Talenthouse US and RBEL is a one-of-a-kind network of registered artists. It is a leading player in SEA’s and India’s creative crowdsourcing space, having worked with 110+ leading brands on over 170+ creative campaigns.

Formed in 2018, Stock & Found is the new venture of Reliance Entertainment. Stock & Found acts as a one-stop platform for photographers and artists who want to showcase their talent and for brands looking for quality stock images, videos and music.

In 2015, DreamWorks Studios, Participant Media, Reliance Entertainment and Entertainment One (eOne) teamed up to create Amblin Partners, a content-creation company. Till date, it has produced acclaimed movies like ‘The BFG,’ ‘The Girl on the Train,’ ‘A Dog’s Purpose’, ‘The Post’ and ‘Ready Player One’.

Big Synergy Media – Rajiv Bakshi

An alumnus of Harvard Business School, Rajiv Bakshi has over two decades of deep experience and proven track record across Broadcast Media, Digital, OTT, Telecom and Consumer Durable & Electronics industries. As the CEO of Big Synergy Media, he is leading the business transformation and scale-up by leveraging the potential and imminent trends in the Broadcast and Digital environments.

A media and consumer expert, Rajiv was earlier the VP & Head of Products & Marketing, India & South Asia at Discovery Networks Asia-Pacific. In a successful span of 13 years, he steered strategic development and localization for Discovery in the region. During the period, he created a 11 channels portfolio, and produced and curated thousands of hours of content across genres for a diverse set of consumers ranging from millennials to kids and families, serving 100+ million Pay TV households. Before joining Reliance, Rajiv was the Chief Marketing Officer at Intex Technologies where he led the brand penetration, product roadmap, customer acquisition and online sales strategy across 4 business verticals – Smartphones, Electronics, Durables and IT Accessories.

A veteran in the field of digital space he understood that if era one was information, era two was networking then now is the era of collaboration. With this learning and belief in the collaboration on web without boundaries and his ability to adapt in completely new environment, he is pioneering this first of its kind social media engagement platform.

Having learnt the ropes in his formative years working with some of the best global media houses in sales and marketing roles, he had the faith and belief of his mentors in Reliance ADAG to usher upon him this stimulating role as CEO of Talenthouse Entertainment into creative crowd sourcing. In the last 7 years Talenthouse has done over 150 creative campaigns with 25 plus celebrities and mentors, and boost of a creative community in the genres of film, art, fashion, music and photography of over 1 Lakh artists.

Talenthouse of late have diversified and creating value chain with divisions like Stock and Found (Image library, India centric images) and Filmy Shots (A short Film Review Platform).

He is a member of many industry associations, and has contributed in their growth. He follows the “let’s get that big hit right now,” approach and is a staunch believer in embracing artists and talent at every level of their career.

As the Head of Marketing, Sameer strategize, plans and execute all Marketing / Branding & PR activities for a film project, most important being the brand campaigns and release Marketing. He is responsible and executes both Ongroud and Online marketing efforts and campaigns. Sameer is an industry vetran with more than 22 years of experience in M&E, marketing films.

Reliance Entertainment – Sunil Menghrajani

As Vice President – New Media Sunil works on creating a cusp between content, copyrights and technology to create new media business opportunities.

He is closely involved in articulating the company’s initiatives in digital distribution of feature films and derivative video content, acquiring & creating mobile entertainment content and exploring opportunities presented by new media and emerging technologies. He carries a revenue responsibility for filmed content across mobile, internet and new media platforms.

He carries a revenue responsibility for filmed content across mobile, internet and new media platforms.

Ambar Basu

Reliance Entertainment – Ambar Basu

Mr. Ambar Basu a qualified Chartered Accountant with an experience of 28 years in the field of Media & Entertainment, Services and Manufacturing Industry, currently he is a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), with Reliance Big Entertainment Pvt Ltd.

With a varied expertise in Finance & Accounts, Corporate Planning, Strategic Planning, Risk Assessment, MIS and Budgeting. He has worked with reputed organizations like Premier Automobiles Ltd, Federal Express Corporation, Rallis India Ltd, RPG Group and Radio City 91.1 FM. In his previous assignment he was working with Radio City as its Executive Vice President – Finance.

In addition, Ambar spearheads the preparation of a robust yearly Business plan and advising the top management on Strategic Planning, Financial / Cost restructuring, Royalty & Regulatory issues and Working Capital Management. He is a key decision maker for the Finance, Legal, Commercial and Operational facets of the business and has a keen eye for due diligence.

Ambar is also the winner of the “Bravo Zulu Award” in FedEx for being one of the 3 best in Finance, worldwide.
