He is one of the most successful and sought-after film directors in the contemporary Indian film industry and currently has the highest number of movies in the coveted Rs.100 cr ($15 m) & Rs.200 cr ($30 m) Box Office Club. Rohit Shetty has been the vision behind hugely successful film franchises like Golmaal & Singham.
The first film under this joint venture was the October 2017 release “Golmaal Again”. The film broke multiple box office records and became one of the highest-grossing Indian films of that time.
