Globalroad - Reliance Entertainment

In 2010 Reliance invested in IM Global . In 2016, Tang Media Partners (TMP), a Tencent subsidiary, took majority stake in the company. In the same year TMP acquired Open Road and merged with IM Global to form Global Road Entertainment.

In 2017 TMP acquired Reliance’s stake in IM Global. Reliance holds a stake in Tang Media Partners Limited, an entity dedicated to Developing, Financing, Producing and Distributing Content for film, television, music, sports, education, fashion, games and digital initiatives with particular emphasis on new Chinese and US content.
